extremely fast-paced, newsroom environment. Ensure
news stories, dynamic content, and other website
updates, assigned by the TV Integration department
and senior editors, are complete and error-free.
Served as project lead on special projects such
as Sports Illustrated’s 2006 Olympics website.
Create and publish Sports Illustrated’s
weekly newsletter, “SI Extra”, delivered
to hundreds of thousands of subscribers. Also
work with producers to coordinate and publish
live and taped video streams on CNN.com’s
Pipeline service.

Responsible for developing, editing, and maintaining
marketing-related content at delta.com/skymiles.
Worked closely with account managers in the marketing
department to ensure accurate, timely delivery
of website content, news releases and promotions.
Created landing pages which supported direct mail
and email campaigns delivered to millions of Delta
SkyMiles® customers. Assisted teammates in
the quality assurance process and took part in
the delta.com Site Revitalization project (a complete
redesign of delta.com).

Project Manager/Website Engineer, January 2004

Coordinated and assisted with the integration
of an XML-based world-wide shipping system into
an existing high traffic e-commerce website, built
numerous database applications to handle various
in-house tasks, designed and developed corporate
websites according to client specifications, created
and maintained an automated inventory deployment
system which simplified the process of listing
thousands of products on amazon.com resulting
in an approximate revenue increase of $175,000/month,
and developed several data conversion utilities
to aid in the process of importing/exporting files
in varying formats.

Lead WBT Developer, June 2002 - January 2004
Responsible for the upkeep and development of
various web-based training courses geared to the
home inspection market and the creation/maintenance
of corporate websites. Duties included web design
and development, software development, promotion,
print ad design, internet research, targeted advertising
campaigns, customer service, sales, technical
support, and routine office tasks. Also responsible
for the formulation and creation of bid proposals
for government contracting opportunities.

Web Developer Intern, January 2002 - May 2002
Gained a valuable understanding of the web development
workflow. Diagramed and storyboarded a large-scale
website while keeping short term goals in sight
and attainable. Used Macromedia Flash extensively
to design an introduction movie and various parts
of the website. Assembled small groups of individuals
better suited to certain tasks to speed the development
of the site.
